Cat is our Director of Recovery. She’s a certified professional life coach and integrative counselling practitioner, working with individuals and couples impacted by problematic sexual behaviour and betrayal. The first ever European practitioner to be certified by the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS)

CINDY BAJEMA
Cindy is our Head of Recovery. She’s a a certified APSATS Partner Coach (ICF/ACC, CPC), Certified Empathy Specialist (CES), and a certified Trauma Informed Coach (TIC) who integrates multiple integrative and somatic disciplines in her work with individuals and couples. Specialized training with Carol Juergensen-Sheets (ERCEM), Dr. Jake Porter (CRC®) and the Gottman Method inform her work with couples. She brings valuable life experience of families with addiction, along with a deep heart of compassion to her work.

IAN ATKINSON
Ian is our Click to Kick Lead, having been part of the NT family for many years. Ian comes with more than 30yrs of police and military service, much of it helping individuals dealing with trauma, its effects on the individual and the family, as well as everyday difficulties. Ian is a qualified counsellor and works particularly with individuals who have problematic sexual behaviours and has also completed the multidimensional partner trauma model course with APSATS.
Ian is based in Northern Ireland.

DR FRAN HOPWOOD
DesignationFran is a Certified Professional Coach, Brave Hearts Mentor and Certified Partner Coach with APSATS. With a long history in the education sector, Fran made the switch to personal coaching after walking her own healing journey for several years. Fran has taken additional trainings with A Door of Hope and knows, first-hand, the challenges of healing after betrayal, offering both personal and professional insight for overcoming them.of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS)

LISA TAYLOR
Lisa Taylor is a New Zealand-based counsellor specialising in sex addiction & partner trauma. She has studied with field leaders Barbara Steffens (APSATS), Paula Hall (ISAT), Donna Dixon (A Door Of Hope) and Christian Sex Addiction Specialists (C-SASI). Drawing on her own experience as the wife of a sex addict, Lisa has also authored several books on partner trauma and SA including the award-winning Beyond Betrayal.

BRYAN BAJEMA
Bryan is an IFS Informed Certified Life Coach and Mentor and a Certified Disclosure Guide Coach (CDGC). He is also APSATS and ERCEM trained which allows him to bring a partner-sensitive approach to his coaching. Bryan is focused on working with men and couples on deepening their recovery and relationship skills. Bryan is passionate about walking alongside men and couples in recovery, supporting them with tools to have the best life they can while developing and strengthening their relationships.

AMY NAGY
DesignationAmy is a Certified Professional Life Coach with specialized training through APSATS. She supports people struggling with traumas including abuse, betrayal, chronic illness, and lack of energy and wellbeing. She approaches her coaching from a holistic viewpoint, and provides support, guidance, and encouragement to help you examine the areas of your life that are out of balance, get to the root of what is holding you back, move you forward on your journey towards recovery and wellness.

kathy hardy
Kathy is a trauma-informed life coach certified with the International Coaching Federation. She is trained as a peer facilitator through A Door of Hope and she is also an APSATS candidate. Kathy brings compassion, wisdom and sensitivity to her clients as she has experienced betrayal trauma personally. She has a great passion to see women experience the growth, healing and empowerment that is available to each of them.

REBECCA wasserman
Rebecca is a licensed mental health clinician in the state of New Mexico, USA, a certified APSATS Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS), and a Life Coach trained by the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI). Rebecca works with individuals as well as couples. She has a family history of Drug and Alcohol addiction as well as walking through the journey of Partner Betrayal. Rebecca brings a diverse firsthand perspective as well as a passion for helping individuals and couples heal to her work.

JACKI LASH-IDLER
Jacki is an ICF Certified Coach (ACC), Peer Facilitator (C-SASI), an APSATS trained partner coach (CPC). She also has advanced training in problematic sexual behavior (SASH – ATPSB Levels 1 & 2), Internal Family Systems, resilience, self-care, relational recovery, sex and love addiction and intimacy anorexia. A lifetime of work focused on empowering others along with her personal experiences has instilled Jacki with a fierce desire to partner with men and women moving forward through addiction and trauma.

JANE GIBB
Jane is an ICF professional coach with additional specialised training under Barb Steffens and Carol Sheets in the APSATS Model (CPC-C) and Donna Dixon of A Door of Hope. As a coach and group facilitator, she helps people discover agency to create life change and healing. She’s curious about what makes each person tick and facilitates insights that move people toward the transformation they long for. Her cross-cultural life experience and engagement with complex family dynamics informs a nuanced and tailored approach. Her personal journey is living proof that the pain of hard times can be worked through and redeemed and gently holds out that hope for others.

Reuben edwards
Reuben is passionate about supporting men in navigating the issue of problematic sexual behaviour and partnering with them in their journey towards and through recovery. He is an ICF qualified coach and is APSATS trained. In addition he has completed a Full Therapeutic Disclosure Training with SASA in New Zealand.
As someone who has walked his own recovery journey, he is able to bring a partner-sensitive perspective to recovery and damaged relationships.
Reuben is based in New Zealand.

STEPH LYNN
Steph Lynn is a Certified Recovery, Grief, Inner Child, Disclosure Guide, and APSATS trained partner coach (CPC-C). She is also a Brainspotting Practitioner. She is Gottman Method and Trauma-informed trained. Steph pursued coaching after walking her own betrayal healing journey. Her approach is validating, trauma informed and partner sensitive. During couples sessions she suggests assignments to help individuals in recovery gain accountability. During individual sessions she fosters safety for betrayed partners. As a person of Hispanic descent, she welcomes cultural inclusivity and can support Spanish speaking clients. Steph works with betrayed partners and couples, and is eager to provide validation as her clients move towards a healthier future.

Shannon disney
Shannon is a trauma-informed, certified life coach, passionate about helping men uncover and express the emotions that keep them stuck in addiction. Specializing in somatic healing, Shannon supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies by linking emotions to physical sensations—an essential step in lasting recovery. He is trained in the APSATS Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (CPC-C) and the full therapeutic disclosure process, equipping him to guide clients through the complex emotional terrain of relational healing. Shannon helps men develop the empathy necessary to support their betrayed partners and repair broken trust. His work emphasizes emotional responsibility, authentic connection, and deep inner transformation.

Scott blundo
Scott is dedicated to helping men heal the relational and individual wounds of addiction and betrayal trauma. He is an ICF certified trauma-informed coach through Moving the Human Spirit, as well as an APSATS candidate. As a man who walked the path of addiction and betrayal trauma, Scott is passionate about helping men recover the parts of themselves that were lost to addiction. His hope is to partner with other men struggling to untangle the relational challenges that result from intimate betrayal. He believes we are not alone in this struggle and our growth comes from working together.

JULIE CALHOUN
Julie is certified professional coach and an APSATS trained and certified partner coach. She is also trained as a peer facilitator through A Door of Hope and in Couple Centered Recovery Coaching. A partner herself, who benefitted from the support of coaching in her own healing process, she committed to give back to the community that was essential in her own journey of recovery and growth. Julie’s marriage of 37 years continues to experience healing as a result of commitment, hard work, and God’s grace. It is her honor and privilege to walk beside others, giving guidance, encouragement and hope.

matt bigler
Matt Bigler is an ICF trainee, Certified Life and Health Coach, trained Disclosure Guide, APSATS CPC-C, and ERCEM trained. With over 30 years of personal experience navigating and overcoming compulsive sexual behaviors, Matt now specializes in coaching men who are seeking to break cycles of unwanted sexual behavior and rebuild integrity, internal safety, and relational trust. His work is grounded in attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, and betrayal trauma–informed frameworks. Matt integrates nervous system attunement, responsibility, and compassionate accountability, supporting men in moving from shame and avoidance into ownership and embodied transformation. He believes meaningful transformation takes root when safety is restored within the body, allowing outward choices to naturally reflect inner healing.
