
CATHERINE ETHERINGTON
Director of RecoveryCat is our Director of Recovery, a Certified Professional Coach and an integrative counselling practitioner. She developed our recovery programmes, leads the Recovery Department, serves on the Senior Leadership Team, and runs our in-person intensives. Cat was the first European practitioner certified by the Association for Partners of Sex Addicts Trauma Specialists (APSATS), serves on its Board of Directors and co-delivers its clinical training.
As a recovered substance addict and the wife of a recovering porn addict, Cat brings both professional expertise and lived experience to supporting recovery and healing after addiction and betrayal.

CINDY BAJEMA
Head of RecoveryCindy is our Head of Recovery and an APSATS Certified Partner Coach (ICF/PCC, CPC). She serves on their Board of Directors and has worked closely with Cat to develop our programmes, supervise our practitioners, and support the delivery of our in-person intensives.
Drawing on both professional expertise and personal experience of addiction within families, Cindy brings deep compassion, insight, and understanding to those navigating recovery and healing. Her experience and wisdom are an invaluable support to our team, helping to cultivate excellence, empathy, and confidence in the care we provide.

Josh Bloor
Programme Lead (Click to Kick)Josh leads our Click to Kick Programme, providing oversight of its delivery, facilitators, and ongoing development. He brings extensive experience in programme design, leadership and pastoral care, alongside a PhD in New Testament Theology from the University of Manchester and recognition as a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Alongside his work with Naked Truth Project Josh lectures at Nazarene Theological College, and serves on the leadership team of a church in Manchester. His thoughtful leadership, academic expertise, and pastoral heart help shape our programmes and support our team.

hannah streeter
Programme Lead (Pathways and Core Programmes)Hannah leads our Core Programmes and Recovery Pathways, overseeing the development and delivery of key aspects of our recovery support. She brings a strong background in administration and programme coordination, and is completing a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling at Bangor University. She is also a qualified trauma-informed peer facilitator and a Certified Deconstructing Gaslighting Specialist.
Hannah walked her own journey of healing from betrayal trauma and brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work. Her compassion, empathy and attention to detail help create safe, supportive pathways for those seeking recovery, while her thoughtful leadership is a valued source of encouragement and consistency for our team.

Steph mcleod
Pathways and Core Programmes CoordinatorSteph is our Coordinator for Core Programmes and Recovery Pathways, supporting the delivery of our recovery programmes and ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience for those we serve. Alongside her expertise in administration and coordination, she is a Certified Mental Health Coach, a Peer Facilitator, a Level 2 Certified Deconstructing Gaslighting Specialist and a Level 1 ACC Certified Trauma-Informed Coach.
Drawing on both professional expertise and her own journey of healing, Steph is passionate about helping others know that their stories matter and that recovery is possible. Her warmth, empathy and dedication make her a valued support to both our clients and our team.

Click to Kick CoordinatorAjay is our Coordinator for Click to Kick, supporting the delivery and ongoing development of the programme while equipping and encouraging our facilitators. Originally from India and now based in the USA, Ajay’s own recovery journey began through our WholeLife Recovery programme before he went on to serve as a Click to Kick Facilitator and, more recently, Programme Coordinator.
Drawing on both lived experience and a deep commitment to helping others, Ajay is passionate about seeing men find freedom from problematic sexual behaviours, experience healing in their relationships, and build lasting recovery. His encouragement, authenticity, and belief in the life-changing impact of recovery make him a valued member of our team.
